I recently stayed at Eurostars in Prague for a quick trip. The location was perfect, close to Karlovo namesti and the university. The room was bigger than expected and had a well-fitted bathroom. The high ceilings and well-appointed furnishings were impressive. The staff was attentive, and the WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good and the hotel was just a short walk from Wenceslas Square.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The property was correct, the room very good, good location and friendly staff but given the inconvenience I had it seemed that I should be more efficient.

I asked for information from Laundry, I was told that it was for a garment, I was misinformed, I was not given correct prices and Laundry of a few garments was worth one night in a hotel, I will make the corresponding complaint because they are not clear in informing that service and if we had known the prices we would not have done it. We feel cheated, we paid about 100 euros to wash 5 shirts 1 Jean some underwear and socks. In total 48 objects, then already consummated indicated us what was going out and even for second time badly, only passed us the amount of the vat, shame not to be clear, at least to indicate for garment the value is such and client decides. That ruined our stay at the hotel.

We stayed at Eurostars and had a great experience. The hotel is in a prime location, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant. The reception area is cozy and the outside of the hotel looks nice. We also enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently situated near public transportation, a supermarket, and various dining options. Eurostars provided us with a perfect stay in Prague.

This hotel, with its carefully selected decor, is like staying in a luxurious time machine. The high ceilings and wooden staircase add a touch of grandeur to the experience.

Oh, and the reception staff were just so delightful. Couldn't have asked for more sarcasm and indifference.

The hotel was very stylish and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice.

Like i said the hotel was almost flawless but the customer service/people skills of some of the front line staff leaves alot to be desired. That said, the doorman/security man was very polite and made us feel welcome. Customer service can make or break a holiday experience, I feel that the staff here need to update their training.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eurostars David. The location was great, just a short walk from the center. The room was perfect, with a nice size and air conditioning. The staff was polite and helpful, even providing ice when requested. We also appreciated the big bathroom with a tub. our experience at Eurostars David was wonderful.

Location was key for us. Very accessible for walking or public, transportation. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions, etc.

Our one drawback was the spotty air conditioning. We had to change rooms on the first night because the room was hot. The staff member walked us to different rooms and changed without any additional money or paper work. So it worked out fine!

Spacious room with high ceilings. Well-connected location for exploring tourist spots by foot. Rich and tasty breakfast. Live jazz and blues performances at nearby club.

Eurostars David delivers on great comfort, especially if you opt out for a double room with twin beds (for single use), as the room & bathroom are very spacious. Great location, as it is under 15 minutes walk from the centre, but at the same time in a quiet and very safe part of town.

Found that there were a few technical issues with the room keys to the number. Moreover, this exposed the fact that the staffs at the hotel have a great deal of room for improvement when it comes to customer service, and correcting the outlined complaints. In summary, the staff can be much more accommodating and friendly.

The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the city with my wife and children. We enjoyed strolling along the Vltava river bank and visiting the Dancing House, which were just a minute's walk away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable stay for our large family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more child-friendly amenities, such as a dedicated play area or organized activities for kids.

This is not a complaint but there is no place for suggestions. I thought that the lobby was not very welcoming, especially the area with the bar. I would have liked to have a drink at times but didn't like the area. I also had a problem with the placement of the small mirror in the bathroom. It was hard to see and therefore unuseable.

Spent xmas in this hotel and it was a good experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. The hotel's location is perfect, walking distance to several key attractions and conveniently located near public transport. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which was a plus.

The heating in the room could have been better, especially during winter. It was a bit chilly and the blankets provided were not enough.
